What is a Health and Wellness coach?


As a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness coach, I work with clients to identify their unique goals, values, and motivations. I help clients develop a clear vision of what they want to achieve and create actionable steps to reach those goals. I provide guidance, support, and accountability throughout the process, empowering clients to take ownership of their health and make informed decisions.

Health and wellness coaching addresses a wide range of areas, including physical health, nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, mental and emotional well-being, and work-life balance. It recognizes that each individual is unique, with different needs, preferences, and circumstances, and therefore tailors the coaching process to suit the client's specific situation.

Cost: $75 per weekly coaching session

At Ideal Health and Weight Loss, we do not offer fast and fad diet plans. Instead, we collaborate with our clients to explore the underlying reasons for weight gain. Our aim is for our clients to achieve long-lasting results. To ensure sustainable change, we require a commitment of 12 sessions to our program. The program fee can be paid upfront with a 5% discount or on a weekly basis using a credit card on file.
